"How is this for exemplary after-sales service? Eight years ago (yes, Eight!) I purchased some vanity basin units from WaterWorks in Bournemouth. After a few months, the biggest one, in our bedroom ensuite, started showing slight signs of crazed pattern under the surface glaze. This grew worse over the years until it covered most of the basin area. I finally contacted WaterWorks again eight years after purchasing and suggested that this probably a manufacturing defect as the other two basins still looked in pristine condition.

I sent some photos of the units and the crazing to WaterWorks admin and after examining them and without hesitation or quibble they forwarded the evidence to the manufacturers, who, also to their credit, immediately agreed to supply a new replacement basin.

I cannot remember receiving such prompt and exemplary service, all the more impressive nowadays when all business are going through tough times. The whole process took just over a week from start to finish. Many companies make such claims of after sale care, it is great to have fond one that actually delivers it. Unsurprisingly, I will definitely purchase future bathroom requirements from this company'."
